Delivery Information

1. What are my delivery options and costs?

We offer free standard delivery to most addresses in England, Wales, and mainland Scotland. Your order will typically arrive within 2-5 working days after dispatch.

Need it sooner? We also offer Next Day and Named Day delivery services for an additional cost. These options are available for most products during the checkout process.

2. Will I receive a delivery time slot?

Yes, absolutely. Once your order is on its way, our delivery partners will contact you by phone, text, or email the day before your delivery. They will provide a delivery time window so you don’t have to wait in all day.

3. What happens if I'm not home for my delivery?

Don’t worry – our courier will leave a card and may attempt redelivery. For standard parcels, they might leave your order with a neighbour or at a safe location.

Please note: For larger items delivered by pallet, a redelivery fee may apply if no one is available to sign for it.

4. Do you deliver to my area?

  • Mainland UK: Free standard delivery (England, Wales, mainland Scotland)
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland: Delivery is available but may incur an additional charge and take slightly longer. Please contact us for a quote.
  • Outside UK: We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.

5. Do you deliver on weekends?

Our standard deliveries are Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery can be arranged in some areas for an additional fee. Please contact us to check availability.

6. What should I do during busy periods like Christmas?

During peak times, please allow a little extra time for your delivery. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment. We’ll always keep you updated on your order’s progress.

7. I need to change my delivery details. What should I do?

Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. We can usually update your delivery address or instructions if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet.

Returns & Refunds

8. Can I change or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order if it hasn’t been picked or dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order is on its way, you’ll need to refer to our returns policy.

9. How do I return an item?

If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We recommend you use a signed-for service and keep your proof of postage. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

10. What if my item is faulty or damaged?

Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. In the rare event of damage or a faulty item, please notify us within 2 working days with details and photos. We’ll arrange a collection and replacement promptly.

11. Important Notice – Before You Install!

We strongly recommend that you do not book your installer until you have received your order and carefully inspected all items. Once a product has been installed, we can only accept returns if the product is proven to be defective. We cannot reimburse for any installation costs.
